Francis Ngoh has been farming his land for over 20 years and has the experience to show for it. On 32 acres of wooded land and 5 acres of cleared land, Ngoh grows everything from mushrooms to everyday produce. Certified Natural Grown, this farmer takes pride in the quality of his products. He produces his own mushroom logs and grows his mushrooms in their natural environment on the trees in the forested land of his property. These oak log shiitake , black, grey, and white oyster mushrooms have become a huge hit at the Spotsylvania and Stafford farmer’s markets. Through his career, he’s supported local CSA’s, restaurants, and well known grocery stores throughout the DMV area. Ngoh currently farms mostly by himself but is looking for hands to help out at the farmer’s markets. He enjoys interacting with customers while exchanging knowledge and passion. He plans to continue to make strides with his naturally grown produce and increase his market presence.
